How the Mini was wrapped in film at CarEngineering studio

Before proceeding with the wrapping, the vehicle undergoes several preparatory stages—disassembly and washing.

Disassembly is a necessary part of wrapping the Mini that should not be feared. It does not harm the vehicle if a professional is handling it. On the contrary, disassembly improves the work’s outcome, allowing for higher quality wrapping.

The vehicle also undergoes a multi-stage wash. Dust, dirt, wax, grease, and invisible water scale are removed from both the external and internal parts of the body. Dirt and dust are the enemies of quality wrapping, so we thoroughly eliminate them.

Once the Mini is ready for wrapping, the specialist begins to cut the material. The dimensions of the parts are measured beforehand, and the film is cut with a slight margin.

The next stage is wrapping the Mini Clubman in film. During the application process, the specialists work on every millimeter of the body. All seams and corners are processed.
