Porsche 911 Car Wrap in Dubai
The 911’s shape has barely changed in sixty years, and that is exactly why owners want to make it their own. A wrap lets you do that without touching the factory paint. You can give your car a new colour, a satin finish or invisible armour, and keep the option to return to the original whenever you like. We wrap 911s so the result looks as if it came from the factory that way.

PORSCHE 911 WRAP OPTIONS – COLOUR, FINISH AND PROTECTIONя1
A 911 car wrap at CarEngineering Dubai is always protective. Instead of thin decorative vinyl, we use self-healing polyurethane film, so the new look also guards against stone chips and sand. There are three routes. Clear paint protection film keeps the factory colour and adds depth to the gloss. Matte PPF gives the same colour a stealth satin finish. Colour change PPF swaps the colour completely, whether you want satin black, a bright solid or a grey tone. We wrap every current and recent generation, including the 991 and 992: Carrera, Carrera S and 4S, Targa, Cabriolet, Turbo S, GT3, GT3 RS, Dakar and S/T.
WHY A 911 IS WRAPPED PANEL BY PANEL, NOT IN ONE PASS
Wrapping a 911 properly means taking it partly apart. The car has no straight lines to hide a film edge, only continuous curves from the front lid to the engine cover.
Porsche 992 is a precise car to strip. Its flush door handles extend electrically, the front bumper hides radar and parking sensors, and the rear is crossed by a full-width light bar with the engine lid louvres above it. On GT cars, the wing, front lid vents and canards add further detail. Our technicians remove the bumpers, lights, handles, badges and mirrors. They lay the film on each part, finish the edges on its inner side, then reassemble the car and check every function before handover.
For a colour change, this step decides the result. If the film stops short of an edge, the original paint shows in every gap: around the handles, next to the lights, along the bumper seams. A 911 wrapped without disassembly looks wrapped. A 911 wrapped after disassembly looks painted.

PORSCHE 911 CAR WRAP IN DUBAI — FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What wrap options are available for a Porsche 911 in Dubai?
CarEngineering offers three routes for a Porsche 911 car wrap, and every one of them is protective. Clear PPF keeps the factory colour and adds depth to the gloss while acting as an extra layer against stone chips and road debris. Matte PPF gives the same original paint a stealth satin finish with the same protection. Colour change PPF swaps the colour completely, whether the owner wants satin black, a bright solid or a grey tone. In every case the film used is self-healing polyurethane, not thin decorative vinyl, so the new appearance also guards the car’s paintwork against everyday hazards.
Which 911 variants do you wrap?
We wrap every current and recent generation Porsche 911, including the 991 and 992: Carrera, Carrera S and 4S, Targa, Cabriolet, Turbo S, GT3, GT3 RS, Dakar and S/T. GT3 RS and other aero-heavy variants take more time due to the additional splitters, wings, vents and canards that are all wrapped separately. Send your 911 variant and the finish you want on WhatsApp and our team will answer with an exact quote.
Is a Porsche 911 car wrap worth it as protection for the original paint?
For a Porsche 911 owner who drives the car as it is meant to be driven, a wrap makes complete sense. The 911’s low nose picks up grit and rock chips on every highway run. The wide rear haunches catch stones thrown by the front tyres at speed. A wrap with XPEL PPF protects the entire vehicle’s paintwork from these everyday hazards without changing what the car looks like from the outside. When the time comes to remove the film, the original paint underneath is in the same condition as the day PPF was applied. For a low mileage or collector car, this is worth more than the installation cost.
Does XPEL PPF recover from swirl marks and minor scratches on its own?
Yes. The XPEL paint protection film installed at CarEngineering has self-healing features. Minor scratches and swirl marks in the film surface disappear with heat from the Dubai sun, restoring the film’s appearance without polishing or repair. Bugs, bird droppings and grime that would normally etch into unprotected paintwork also have less chance to stick and damage the surface when PPF is installed, since the film acts as a barrier between contaminants and the car’s paintwork.
How do you handle the rear haunches, which are the most complex surface on a 911?
The wide rear wings of a Porsche 911 are covered with a single, evenly heated piece of film so they have no joins and no thinned-out spots where the colour looks pale or the surface looks uneven. This is one of the most technically demanding parts of a 911 car wrap and one of the clearest differences between a professional installation and a budget one. Aero parts including spoilers, wings, splitters and vents are all wrapped off the car to ensure the film holds in place on the highway and on the track.
What additional services are available for a 911 wrap?
Beyond the full wrap, CarEngineering also offers contrast detail wraps for the roof, mirrors, wing and lower trim, windscreen protection film, interior trim film and ceramic coating over the wrap for easier maintenance. Paint correction and thorough preparation are carried out before any film is applied so the surface is clean and flawless. This is standard practice at CarEngineering, not an optional upgrade, because PPF applied over imperfections traps them permanently.
How much does a Porsche 911 car wrap cost in Dubai?
The 911 is priced in the sedan category. Full body clear gloss PPF starts from 8,000 AED with a PRO master and from 11,000 AED with a TOP master. Matte PPF starts from 9,000 AED and 12,000 AED respectively. Colour change PPF starts from 10,000 AED and 13,000 AED. GT3 RS, Targa and other variants with additional aero or roof details take more time and are quoted individually. Send your 911 variant and the finish you want on WhatsApp for an exact price before any work starts.
